NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 24, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2008-CA-008579-XXXX-ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 13th day of November, 2013, bidding will begin at 11:00 a.m. online via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
COMMENCE AT THE NORTH WEST CORNER OF SECTION 12, TOWNSHIP 26 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, THENCE RUN SOUTH 89 DEGREES 36 MINUTES 15 SECONDS EAST, ALONG THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF SAID SECTION 12, 20.0 FEET TO THE EASTERLY BOUNDARY OF THE RIGHT-OF-WAY OF 20TH STREET, THENCE RUN SOUTH, PARALLEL WITH THE WEST BOUNDARY OF SAID SECTION 12 ALONG SAID EASTERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY BOUNDARY, 755.97 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 89 DEGREES 15 MINUTES EAST, 350.01 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE SOUTH 89 DEGREES 15 MINUTES EAST, 90.0 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 145.97 FEET, THENCE NORTH 89 DEGREES 15 MINUTES WEST, 90.0 FEET, THENCE NORTH 145.97 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
