NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated July 28, 2013, and entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-1605 WS/J2 UCN: 512012CA001605XXXXXX of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and KAREN A. MALLUCK A/K/A KAREN MALLUCK INDIVIDUALLY AND AS TRUSTEE OF THE J & K LAND TRUST DATED OCTOBER 11, 2004 A/K/A L & K LAND TRUST DATED OCTOBER 11, 2004; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KAREN A. MALLUCK A/K/A KAREN MALLUCK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JEFFREY R. MEYER; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, are Defendants, PAULA S O'NEIL, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on the 21st day of November, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 278, holiday hill estates unit two, according to the plat thereof, recorded in plat book 10, page 135, of the PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
