NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated October 15, 2013, and entered in Case No. 51-2011-CA-1736 WS/J2 UCN: 512011CA001736XXXXXX of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and JEFFREY R. MEYER, AS TRUSTEE OF THE “J & K LAND TRUST” DATED OCTOBER 11, 2004; KAREN A. MALLUCK, AS TRUSTEE OF THE “J & K LAND TRUST” DATED OCTOBER 11, 2004; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE “J & K LAND TRUST” DATED OCTOBER 11, 2004; BEACON WOODS CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, are Defendants, PAULA S O'NEIL, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on the 13th day of February, 2014 the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 262, BEACON WOODS VILLAGE 3-C, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 54, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
