NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 7th day of October, 2013, and entered in Case No. 51-2010-CA-001610WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and PATRICIA CULLINAN A/K/A PATRICIA M. CULLIVAN; JASMINE LAKES COMMUNITY & CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PATRICIA CULLINAN A/K/A PATRICIA M. CULLINAN and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. THIS BEING A DESCRIPTION OF LOT 1003 UNIT 7-B, JASMINE LAKES SUBDIVISION, PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 80, 81 AND 82 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, THE SAID LOT 1003 BEING NOTED AS NOT BEING INCLUDED IN THIS PLAT. SUBJECT TO ALL EASEMENTS, RESTRICTIONS AND RESERVATIONS OF RECORD.
