NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 9, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-000995ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida in which HSBC Bank USA, National Association as Trustee for Wells Fargo Asset Securities Corporation, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2006-AR7, is the Plaintiff and Avia Marie Bowen , Crestview Hills Homeowners Association, Inc, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Universal American Mortgage Company, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, are defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com: in Pasco County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 26th day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
