NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated September 18, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2013 CA 000304 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and GEORGE A. MORRELL; KENNETH CARL MORRELL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GEORGE A. MORRELL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KENNETH CARL MORRELL; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M., on the 2nd day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 53, SPRING OAKS, UNIT NO. 1, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 29, PAGE(S) 31, 31A AND 31B, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
