UNIT 7081, TALLYWOOD, PHASE I, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1368, PAGE 613, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, AND AS PER PLAT RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 19, PAGE 26 TO 26E, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA. a/k/a 3362 TALLYWOOD CT 7081, SARASOTA, FLORIDA 34235.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it, on Kahane & Associates, P.A., Attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 8201 Peters Road, Ste. 3000, Plantation, FLORIDA 33324 on or before November 25, 2013, a date which is within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice in the BUSINESS OBSERVER and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
