NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated September 12, 2013 and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-013127-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and ESTHER ROJAS; CITY OF SARASOTA, FL; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 10th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
EAST 30 FEET OF LOT 10, AND ALL OF LOT 11, LESS THE EAST 40 FEET, BLOCK 1832, 38TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 5, 5A AND 5B, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY FLORIDA.
