Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on September 30, 2013, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, the clerk shall sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
COMMENCE AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE NE 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 3, TOWNSHIP 38 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, THENCE RUN WEST 704 FEET ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF OAK STREET, THENCE NORTH, PARALLEL WITH THE CENTERLINE OF TAMIAMI TRAIL AS NOW LOCATED, 324 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE WEST TO THE EAST LINE OF PALMETTO AVENUE; THENCE NORTHWESTERLY ALONG THE EAST LINE OF PALMETTO AVENUE 100 FEET TO PROPERTY LINE NOW OR FORMERLY KNOWN AS GRAHAM`S PROPERTY LINE; THENCE EASTERLY ALONG SAID GRAHAM`S PROPERTY LINE TO PROPERTY NOW OR FORMERLY KNOWN AS TRAILER PARK PROPERTY, BEING A POINT DIRECTLY NORTH OF THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE SOUTH TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
