NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, pursuant to Plaintiff's Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-captioned action, I will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as follows, to wit:
LOT 12 BLOCK 1914 OF FORTY-FIRST ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGE 42, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Commonly known as: 4301 SOUTH BISCAYNE DRIVE, NORTH PORT, FLORIDA 34287, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM (EST), or as soon as possible thereafter, on the 7 day of November, 2013.
If you are a subordinate lien holder claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the Clerk of Court no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
