Lot 134, Venice Palms, Phase 1, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 40, Page 7, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for case, via the internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 09:00 a.m. on November 15, 2013. Final payment must be made on or before 4:00 p.m. of the date of the sale by cash or cashier's check, or initiated ACH or Wire Transfer.
