NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 24, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 000568 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, is the Plaintiff and Gary E. Ficht, as Trustee of the Revocable Trust Agreement dated 8/15/2007, Leroy Franklin Amerson, Jr., Gary E. Ficht, Iberiabank successor in interest to Century Bank, FSB, Oyster Bay Estates Association, Inc, Tenant #1 NKA Dennis Tudor, Tenant #2 NKA Heath Tudor, The Unknown Beneficiaries of the Revocable Trust Agreement dated 8/15/2007, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Sarasota County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com , Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00am on the 25th day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
