Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Default Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on October 21, 2013, in case number 2013-CA-005181-NC, of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida wherein FMS Sarasota, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, is the Plaintiff and Cattlemen Business Park, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, is the Defendant. The Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash via the foreclosure sales conducted via internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on the 5th day of December, 2013, at 9:00 a.m., the following described property in Sarasota County, Florida, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

ALONG SAID R/W LINE, 295.21 FEET; THENCE S.01Ëš06'02”E. ALONG SAID R/W LINE 92.45 FEET TO THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LANDS DESCRIBED IN DEED RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2978, PAGE 615, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE N.73Ëš02'02”W., ALONG THE NORTHERLY LINE OF SAID DEED 505.66 FEET TO THE NEW R/W LINE OF SAID PACKINGHOUSE ROAD, SAID POINT LYING ON THE ARC OF A CURVE CONCAVE TO THE WEST AND HAVING A RADIUS OF 328.00 FEET, THE RADIUS POINT OF SAID CURVE BEARS N89Ëš50'25”W.; THENCE NORTHWESTERLY ALONG SAID PACKINGHOUSE ROAD ON THE ARC OF SAID CURVE, 16.31 FEET (DELTA =02Ëš50'58”, CHORD=N.01Ëš15'54”W., 16.31') TO THE END OF SAID CURVE; THENCE N.09Ëš19'43”E. ALONG SAID R/W LINE 20.01 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE FINAL JUDGMENT AND FORECLOSURE SALE MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
