Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on September 10, 2012, and the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered on October 10, 2013, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, the clerk shall sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
Lot 1406, Sarasota Springs, Unit No. 12, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 42, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, on November 15, 2013 beginning at 09:00 AM.
