NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 21, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 58 2012 CA 001392 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 22nd day of November, 2013, at 9:00 a.m. online at the website: https://www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
A PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED IN THE CITY OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COUNTY OF SARASOTA, STATE OF FLORIDA, AND KNOWN AS: BEING LOT NUMBER 13 BLOCK V IN FOREST LAKES COUNTRY CLUB ESTATES, UNIT NO. 3 AS SHOWN IN THE RECORDED PLAT/MAP THEREOF IN PLAT BOOK 19 PAGES 35 AND 35A OF SARASOTA COUNTY RECORDS.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
