NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated September 24, 2013 and entered in Case No. 58-2011-CA-006858 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I INC. TRUST 2006-HE4 is the Plaintiff and SOHAN MADRAMOOTOO; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SOHAN R. MADRAMOOTOO A/K/A SOHAN MADRAMOOTOO N/K/A ANNE MADRAMOOTOO; FAIRWAY OAKS CONDOMINIUM, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 22nd day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 129, BUILDING OO, FAIRWAY OAKS, FORMERLY KNOWN AS PAR 72, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 915, PAGE 837, AND AS AMENDED, INCLUDING THE AMENDMENT OF NAME CHANGE, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2159, PAGE 2508, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 38, 38A AND 38B, AND AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
