NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed October 11, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 36-2013-CA-050876 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and ELLEN E. MAHONEY; ROBERT MAHONEY; SUNTRUST BANK; are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, AT www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 10 day of Feburary 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 1/2 OF THE SOUTH 1/2 OF THE SOUTH 1/2 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 6, TOWNSHIP 43 SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST, LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE WESTERLY 990 FEET OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SAID SECTION 6.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
