Brinson Jr., Jana J. Brinson, John Doe NKA Nick Clearwater, USAA Federal Savings Bank, are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 9 day of January 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
