NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on 15 day of October, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-059969, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and DAVID EDWARDS A/K/A DAVID L EDWARDS, JUDITH EDWARDS A/K/A JUDITH A EDWARDS, and FIFTH THIRD BANKare defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 18 day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 17 AND 18, BLOCK 989, UNIT 26, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 117 TO 148, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
