NOTICE IS GIVEN YOU, COREY BYNUM and ALL UNKNOW FATHERS, that a Petition for Adoption and Petition for Termination of Parental Rights has been filed against you by ASHLEY LYNN ADAMS and MICHAEL ADAMS. The Petitioners, ASHLEY LYNN ADAMS and MICHAEL ADAMS, seek an order terminating your parental rights and leave to adopt the minor child, BAILEY JORDAN ADAMS, and any other relief the Court deems appropriate.
UNLESS you file your answer or otherwise file your appearance in this case in the office of the Clerk of this Court, Sangamon County Complex, Room 405, 200 S. Ninth Street, Springfield, Illinois, on or before the 19th day of November, 2013, an order or decree by default may be entered against you for the relief in accordance with the prayer of said Petitions.
