BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and EDWIN SANABRIA; JUANITA SANABRIA A/K/A JUANITA S. MONTANEZ and UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A MARINA ACOSTA are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 19th day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
