NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 27th day of September, 2013, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-017156, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein EVERBANK is the Plaintiff and CHRISTOPHER O`KEEFE; C & A REAL PROPERTY HOLDINGS, INC., AS TRUSTEE OF BLACKSTONE LANDTRUST 2007-1; SOUTH BAY LAKES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; ARLINE O'KEEFE; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 18th day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 40, BLOCK 2, SOUTH BAY LAKES - UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 101, PAGE 124 THROUGH 131 INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
