NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated September 23, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 08-CA-025272, DIVISION: M, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS BY AND THROUGH UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF ANNA WILLIAMS, DECEASED; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are Defendant(s).
PAT FRANK, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 AM, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on the 12th day of November, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK 7, WINSTON PARK SUBDIVISION, UNIT #4, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46, PAGE 41, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
