NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 1st day of October, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2013-CA-004341, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and ALMA YANIRA ESCOBAR; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; SUNCOAST SCHOOLS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; JOSE G. LANDAVERDE; CARLOS VASQUEZ and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 19th day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13 AND LOT 14, LESS THE EAST 10 FEET, BLOCK 6, SPERRY GROVE ESTATE REVISED, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECODED IN PLAT BOOK 21, AT PAGE 62, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
