CHARLES PLACE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff, and KENNETH RAMSARAN, SHAIROON RAMSARAN, and, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. a/n/f COUNTRYWIDE KB HOME LOANS, INC., are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at a public sale on the 6th of December, 2013 at 10:00 AM, after having first given notice as required, electronically online at the following website: http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Final Default Judgment of Foreclosure and Award of Attorney's Fees and Costs, to-wit:
Lot 129, ST. CHARLES PLACE PHASE 5, a subdivision according to the plat thereof, recorded at Plat Book 108, Page 274-280, in the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
