NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 11th day of July, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-013445, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and ALFREDO QUERO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RAYSA QUERO A/K/A RAYZA QUERO; LUCIA QUERO; RAYZA QUERO A/K/A RAYSA QUERO and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 21st day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

That part of Lots 18 and 19, Block 13, of Plat No.1, Grove Park Estate, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 17, Page 11, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, described as follows: Begin at the southwest corner of Lot 19 and run thence northwesterly along the westerly line of lots 18 and 19 a distance of 75.26 feet to a point of the westerly boundary of lots 18 and 19, 18.82 feet northwesterly of the northwest corner of said lot 19, thence run east parallel to the north line of lot 19 a distance of 100 feet to a point 25 feet west of the east boundary of lot 18, thence run southeasterly and parallel with the east boundary of lot 18 and 19 a distance of 75.26 feet to the south line of said lot 19, thence west along the south line of lot 19, 100 feet to the point of beginning.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
