NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 5, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-004493-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Trustee for Wells Fargo Home Equity Trust 2005-3, is the Plaintiff and Donald Harvey, Loretta Y. Harvey a/k/a Loretta Harvey, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., acting solely as nominee for SouthStar Funding, LLC, SunTrust Bank, Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, successor in interest to Wells Fargo Financial Bank, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 3rd day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 27, BLOCK 14, WOODYVALLEY UNIT NO. 4, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 68, PAGE 31, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
