NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 29, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2010-CA-015613 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Bank of America, National Association as successor by merger to LaSalle Bank NA as trustee for Washington Mutual Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates WMALT Series 2007-OC2 Trust, is the Plaintiff and Phillip Sanchez, Terry L. Sanchez, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Greenpoint Mortgage Funding, Inc., are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 26th day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 32, CIMARRON, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 83, PAGE 85 AND 86, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
