NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on September 24, 2013, in Case No. 09-16269-CI-8 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit for Pinellas County, Florida, in which Regions Bank, Successor by Merger with Regions Mortgage, Inc., is Plaintiff, and Barbara Talbert Anderson and William M. Anderson, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online via the internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 am or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 7th day of November, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 3, Block 112 of ST. PETERSBURG BEACH NORTH UNIT NO. 10, according to the Map or Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 44, Page 32, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
