NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 24, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-007114 of the Circuit Court of the 6 Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE LXS 2007-4N is the Plaintiff and Jeanne Sullivan, Unknown Spouse Of Jeanne Sullivan, Unknown Tenant #1, and Unknown Tenant #2 the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 10:00 a.m. on November 7, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 7, Less The North 27 Feet, All Of Lot 8, Block 28 Of Jungle Terrace Sec “C”, According To The Plat Thereof As Recorded In Plat Book 6, Page(S) 72, Of The Public Records Of Pinellas County, Florida
