NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 24, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2012-CA-006492 of the Circuit Court of the 6 Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein GENERATION MORTGAGE COMPANY is the Plaintiff and Estate Of Jackie Hutchings A/K/A Jackie G. Hutchings, United States Of America Department Of Housing And Urban Dev, Unknown Tenant #1, and Unknown Tenant #2 the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 10:00 a.m. on November 7, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 8, Block 9, Of Allendale Terrace Subn., According To The Plat Thereof, As Recorded In Plat Book 7, Page 18, Of The Public Records Of Pinellas County, Floirda.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
