NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 24, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2012-CA-003440 of the Circuit Court of the 6 Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005- 17 is the Plaintiff and G. Kathleen Best, Unknown Spouse Of G. Kathleen Best, Unknown Tenant #1, Unknown Tenant #2, and Gulf & Southern Consulting Corporation F/K/A Gulf And Southern M the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 10:00 a.m. on November 7, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
