NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 24, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2008014524CI of the Circuit Court of the 6 Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is the Plaintiff and Viktoriya Rakita, Alex Rakita, Suntrust Bank, Compass Equipment Leasing Co., Inc., John Doe, and Jane Doe the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 10:00 a.m. on November 7, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 57 DOUGLAS MANNER SECOND ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 47, PAGE 8, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
