NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause on October 8, 2013, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property described as follows:
LOT 34, WESTCHESTER LAKE TOWNHOMES, a subdivision according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 107, Pages 3 through 12, in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at public sale on the 22nd day of November, 2013, beginning at 10:00 a.m. in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
