NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 25, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2008CA006044 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS, TRUSTEE SERIES SUPPLEMENT, DATED AS OF NOVEMBER 1, 2005, TO STANDARD TERMS OF POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF AUGUST 1, 2004 MORTGAGE ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-QS16, is Plaintiff and Craig Cardone; Paul Yon, Norma Jean Haynes and Don Caver, are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 13th day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 11, Block 17, Coney Island, According to the Plat Thereof, as Recorder in Plat Book 9, Page 106, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Located: 125 121st Avenue, Treasure Island, FL 33706
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
