NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 10, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2012-CA-001370, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN OF CLEVELAND, is Plaintiff and JAMES E. SPRINGER; RICHARD JAMES ANDERSON, are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 3rd day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK 3, DESOTO ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 55 AND 56, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
