NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on October 1, 2013 in the above-styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell the following property, situated in Pinellas County, Florida, and more particularly described as follows:
Lots 1, 2, 7, 8 and 9, DUNEDIN CAUSEWAY CENTER SECOND ADDITION, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 60, Page 61, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Also known as:
COCONUT VILLAS OF DUNEDIN, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 16003, Page 2339, as thereafter amended, and as per Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 151, page 91, as thereafter amended, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
The Clerk of Circuit Court will sell the property all at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on November 19, 2013, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
