Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on August 20, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
THE EAST 41 FEET OF LOT 5 AND THE THE WEST 8 FEET OF LOT 6, BLOCK 8, RIDGE CREST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 23, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 3201 35TH AVE N, SAINT PETERSBURG, FL 33713; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on November 20, 2013 at 10:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
