AN UNDIVIDED 1/14TH INTEREST IN AND TO THAT CERTAIN PIECE, PARCEL OR TRACT OF LAND, SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN THE COUNTY OF PINELLAS AND STATE OF FLORIDA, KNOWN AND DESCRIBED AS: LOT 16, CLEARVIEW OAKS UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 59, PAGE 61, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
EXCEPTING, HOWEVER, THEREFROM ANY AND ALL BUILDINGS AND IMPROVEMENTS OF ANY NATURE LOCATED ON SAID LAND BEYOND THAT PART AND PORTION OF SAID BUILDINGS AND IMPROVEMENTS HEREINAFTER SPECIFICALLY INCLUDED.
TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN APARTMENT LOCATED ON SAID LAND CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY 700 SQUARE FEET, KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS APARTMENT NO. 327 AND SO DESIGNATED IN “APARTMENT UNIT PLAN”, INCLUDING THE RIGHT OF INGRESS AND EGRESS TO AND FROM SAID APARTMENT; AND AN UNDIVIDED 1/14 INTEREST IN AND TO THE WALLS AND OTHER STRUCTURAL SUPPORTS NECESSARY FOR SAID BUILDING.
commonly known as 5664 40TH TERRACE N. APT. 327, KENNETH CITY, FL 33709 has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Kari D. Marsland-Pettit of Kass Shuler, P.A., plaintiff's attorney, whose address is P.O. Box 800, Tampa, Florida 33601, (813) 229-0900, on or before 11/25/13, (or 30 days from the first date of publication, whichever is later) and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
