NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 14, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-000137XXCICI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR CARRINGTON MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2005-FRE1 ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is Plaintiff and GIUSEPPE PLANZO; EMILIA D PLANZO; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR FREMONT INVESTMENT & LOAN; LAKESIDE VILLAGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION OF PINELLAS, INC., are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 3rd day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 36, THE LAKES UNIT II PHASE 3 SECTION 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 85 PAGE 26, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
