NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated MAY 3, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11012382CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FLAGSTAR BANK, FSB, is the Plaintiff and PIOTR KUCINSKI; NORTH BAY HILLS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., ACTING SOLELY AS NOMINEE FOR FLAGSTAR BANK, FSB; UNKNOWN TENANT # 1 AKA GENE VASS; UNKNOWN TENANT # 2 AKA LINDA SHERMAN are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on NOVEMBER 12, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 101, NORTH BAY HILLS FIRST ADDITION UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 81, PAGE(S) 21 AND 22, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
