NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated JULY 25, 2013, and entered in Case No. 522012CA013956XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR ARGENT MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2005-W1, ASSET-BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2005-W1, is the Plaintiff and MICHELLE ALDRICH A/K/A MICHELLE L. ALDRICH A/K/A MICHELLE L. JACKOWICZ; CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, FLORIDA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A CHERYL JACOWICZ are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on NOVEMBER 12, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 33, READING ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 35, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
