NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 24, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-007638 CICI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. FANNIE MAE (“FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION”) is Plaintiff and CANDACE MICHELLE LOBEL A/K/A CANDACE M. LOBEL; UNKOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; BONAVENTURE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on the 13th day of November 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. 201, BUILDING S, OF BONAVENTURE CONDOMINIUM II, PHASE I, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH, AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN O.R. 6133, PAGE 31, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 088, PAGES 100-105, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
