NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 24, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2013-CA-001762, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FNMA”) is Plaintiff and MARYLOU TRAHAN AKA MARY LOU TRAHAN FKA MARY LOU RIFFEY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARYLOU TRAHAN AKA MARY LOU TRAHAN FKA MARY LOU RIFFEY; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; FIRST TENNESSEE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO FIRST HORIZON HOME LOAN CORPORATION; CITIBANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO CITIBANK (SOUTH DAKOTA), N.A.; CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), N.A.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on the 13th day of November 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 42, BLOCK 10, TYRONE GARDENS SECTION TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT BOOK 27, PAGE 24, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
