NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 24, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2013-CA-002996, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FNMA”) is Plaintiff and DOUG D. DEARDOFF; SHERRY L. DEARDOFF; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; SNUG HARBOUR CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on the 13th day of November 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 1301, SNUG HARBOR, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 130, PAGES 62 THROUGH 75, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 13136, PAGE 1, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
