NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 25, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-1134-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR BRAVO MORTGAGE ASSET TRUST 2006-1, BRAVO MORTGAGE ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-1, is Plaintiff and Jeffrey London, Unknown Spouse Jeffrey London, Jackie London a/k/a Jackie E. London, Unknown Spouse of Jackie London a/k/a Jackie E. London and Dunedin Screening Service, LLC.,, are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 13th day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 55, Countrywide - Tract 60, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 80, Pages 78 through 81, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Street Address: 2935 Atwood Drive, Clearwater, FL 33761
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
