NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 17, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09019607Cl of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and Allen C. Hayes, Allen C. Hayes, Lynette M. Hayes, John Doe, and Jane Doe the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 10:00 a.m. on November 15, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 2, Block G, North Bay Hills, According To The Map Or Plat Thereof, As Recorded In Plat Book 72, Pages 2 Through 15 Of The Public Records Of Pinellas County, Florida.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
