NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 13, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-000715 of the Circuit Court of the 6 Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee of the IndyMac INDX Mortgage Loan Trust 2005-AR23, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-AR23 under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated September 1, 2005 is the Plaintiff and Jeffery Dobson, Jeffery Dobson, Julie J Morse, Suntrust Bank, and Unknown Tenant(S) the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 10:00 a.m. on November 12, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 18, The Trails Subdivision, According To The Plat Thereof As Recorded In Plat Book 80, Pages 66 And 67, Public Records Of Pinellas County, Florida. Also: That Portion Of Lot 17 Being More Particularly Described As Follows: For A Point Of Beginning Begin At The Northeast Corner Of Said Lot 18 And Run Easterly Along The Arc Of A Curve Segment To The Left, A Distance Of 2.29 Feet To A P.O.C., Said Curve Having A Radius Of 45.00 Feet, A Delta Of 02 Deg. 54'57”, A Chord Of 2.29 Feet, Bearing South 85 Deg. 30'37” East; Thence Run South 01 Deg. 12'48” East, A Distance Of 114.19 Feet To A Point; Said Point Being The South Line Of Lot 17, Thence Run North 89 Deg. 11'07” West, A Distance Of 16.59 Feet Along Line To The Southeast Corner Of Said Lot 18; Thence Along The Common Line Between Lots 18 And 17, North 05 Deg.56'52” East, A Distance Of 114.72 Feet To The Point Of Beginning.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
