NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated AUGUST 14, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-002901-CI SEC. 7 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HSBC MORTGAGE SERVICES, INC., is the Plaintiff and ALBERT SAMPSELL JR; JOI SAMPSELL; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on NOVEMBER 13, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK 8, LARGO LAKE VILLAS, UNIT TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 57 PAGE 58, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
