NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 1st day of October, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-007312-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Pinellas County's Public Auction website, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on the 19th day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT 1702, AS SHOWN ON THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF CHEVY CHASE, A CONDOMINIUM, PHASE 16, ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 94 PAGE(S) 37 AND 38, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6345, PAGE 33, AND AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6409, PAGE 2395, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO AND THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE CONUNON ELEMENTS APPURTMENT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
